Prior to SalesKrita, Dr. Rajeev was in a Swedish MNC - Mercuri International for 16 years as a Principal Consultant and played an active role in many consulting projects and enabled organizations to implement, in addition to the design and delivery of training programmes for many corporates across industries in Asia and Europe.
He was involved in customer acquisition, customer retention, training design, delivery and post training support and project management in various subjects including Sales, Sales Management, Customer Service and Service management programmes.
And while brains are great, she also embraces pragmatic approaches and profits from the hands-on professional traineeship at the start of her first career as a journalist and editor.
He has mastered the art of virtual training workshops.
He has an extensive experience independently managing and serving several industries such as Automotive, IT, FMCG, Consumer Durables, Building Materials and Office Products, Real Estates, Housing and Commercial properties, Healthcare, BFSI, Services, Media, Engineering – Capital Equipment and Industrial Consumables, Hospitality, Media. An accredited facilitator of Board-based Celemi simulations, Belbin Behaviour workshops, LIFO (Life Orientations) Instrument and acclaimed Master Facilitator and Mentor of “Train the Trainers”.He is also a Personal Coach to many CEOs and Top management team members from diverse industries.Prior to Mercuri International, Dr. Rajeev has over 21 years of Sales and Marketing Management in Healthcare Industry.
Prior to SalesKrita, Priya followed her passion and treaded the path of an artist. Her penchant for knowledge drew her to combine an innate aesthetic sense and modern living. She has constantly updated her knowledge of history and current affairs.
A Post-Graduate in Commerce, Priya was involved in pursuing her passion of art, music and paintings. She has learnt Tanjore paintings from her teacher, who was associated with the famous art school at Chennai – Kalakshetra.
She has mastered the traditional Indian art form and has deep dived into the folk form of art and music.
She has always been a lover of pets, plants and places. She has travelled extensively to learn the locals-way of living, their cuisine, their traditions and customs. Her appreciation for global culture has helped her in widening her vision.
Her intuitive decision making, her ability to sense the situation and her frank opinions put across forthrightly are some of her strengths. These strengths are being channelized by Priya to manage a family and run an organization successfully.
